By leaving information in the feedback forms on the website https://tevitta.com/, the User – an individual, the subject of personal data, provides LLC “Tevitta Trading” with his unconditional consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
I, as a User of the website https://tevitta.com , provide my consent to LLC “Tevitta Trading” to process, use and store my personal data in file cabinets and/or using a personal data base owned by LLC “Tevitta Trading” (hereinafter referred to as the Owner).
By leaving information in the feedback forms on the website https://tevitta.com/, I confirm that I am informed and agree with the following:
The Owner processes the User’s personal data by any means in order to properly provide the User with services (identification, authentication, authorization, depersonalization, sending information materials with the User’s consent, responses to the User’s requests and letters, leaving feedback on the quality of the Owner’s service, receiving advertising and special offers, information about promotions, raffles, other information about the activities of marketing campaigns and awarding prizes);
When using the website, the Owner collects and processes the User’s personal data related to identification, authentication, authorization, depersonalization, sending information materials with the User’s consent, responding to the User’s requests and letters, leaving feedback on the quality of the Owner’s service, for registration in the Owner’s discount program, receiving advertising and special offers, information about promotions, raffles, other information about the Owner’s activities, providing the offered services; conducting marketing campaigns and awarding prizes, which may include the following personal data:
surname, first name, patronymic, order delivery address, contact phone number, e-mail address, other information containing personal data in electronic form;
personal data provided by the User when filling out registration forms and feedback forms on the website, as well as in the process of using the website;
cookies. Cookies are information files that are sent to a computer or mobile device when it is used to visit websites. The Owner does not allow third parties to place cookies on your device. Using cookies, the Owner may collect information about your use of our website, your IP address, browser type and operating system. Also, in order to process your online purchases, we may collect your payment information, information about your product preferences, etc.
The Owner includes the User’s data in the personal database from the moment the User first provides (sends) his/her personal data to the Owner by filling out the registration form or feedback form on the Owner’s website.
By clicking on the “Save” or “Send” button, I voluntarily agree to provide the above personal data about myself for general access to an unlimited number of persons within the framework of using the Personal Database maintained by the Owner.
The owner uses depersonalized data for targeting advertising and/or information materials by age, gender, other data; for conducting statistical research; in other ways.
The owner of the database does not inform the subject of personal data about the transfer of his personal data in cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.
The user has all the rights to protect his personal data provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, namely:
to know about the sources of collection, location of his personal data, purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or manager of personal data or to give a corresponding instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except for cases established by law;
to receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
to access his personal data;
receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether his personal data are being processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
submit a reasoned request to the personal data controller objecting to the processing of his personal data;
submit a reasoned request to change or destroy his personal data by any controller and processor of personal data if these data are processed unlawfully or are inaccurate;
to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defamatory of the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
to file complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner or the court;
to apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;
to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data when providing consent;
to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for them.
The Owner takes all measures provided for by law to protect the User’s personal data, in particular, data processing is carried out on equipment located in secure premises with limited access.
By ticking the box on the registration page or feedback form on the website https://tevitta.com, I also confirm that I have been informed about the inclusion of information about me in the personal data base for the above-mentioned purpose, about my rights as defined by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, as well as about the persons to whom my data is transferred for the above-mentioned purpose.
The website https://tevitta.com may contain links to websites that are not related to LLC “Tevitta Trading”. Such hyperlinks are provided solely for informational purposes. When using such websites, we recommend that you carefully read their privacy policy.
The specified agreement is provided taking into account the requirements of Articles 7, 8 and 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and is valid without limitation of the territory of application.
I hereby confirm that I have received notification of the Owner of personal data, the composition and content of the collected personal data, as well as information about my rights specified in the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” for the fulfillment of the specified purpose and the possibility of transferring my personal data to third parties at the discretion of the Owner and/or the database manager.
The content of my rights as a subject of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” has been notified to me and is understood.
The specified agreement is valid indefinitely until the date of its revocation by me by sending a written notice of the specified revocation to the address of LLC “Tevitta Trading” in any form, unless otherwise established by the current legislation of Ukraine.
LLC “Tevitta Trading” reserves the right to make changes to this provision at any time. After making changes, such changes will enter into force immediately after their placement on the website https://tevitta.com/
